Indiana coal-ash permit proposal enters public review
EPA has proposed approval of Indiana’s partial coal-ash permit program. A November 12 hearing will accept in-person and online testimony.
EPA has proposed approving Indiana’s partial coal-combustion-residuals permit program. Approval would give the Indiana Department of Environmental Management permitting responsibility for covered coal-ash disposal units. The proposal is still under review.
