Ten of us spent Sunday in Princeton canvassing alongside supporters of Mary Allen for Congress. We met at Susan Bobe's Pizza downtown, divided up the turf, and finished the day having knocked about 130 doors.

The concerns we heard were practical and immediate: the cost of groceries and healthcare, roads that need attention, and whether our public schools will have the support they need. These are not abstract debates when they shape a family budget, a daily commute, or a child's classroom.

Canvassing is not about delivering a perfect speech at every doorstep. It is about listening, taking people's concerns seriously, and making sure their experiences travel with us when decisions are made. That is the kind of representation I am running to provide in Senate District 48.

After the last doors, George Washington watched over our debrief back at Bobe's. Thank you to all ten members of the team, to Mary Allen's supporters, and especially to the Princeton residents who gave us a few minutes of their day.
